My beloved husband, Brian O’Neill, ascended silently and peacefully at home at 11:11 am on Sept. 8th, 2016 into the Great Beyond while his favorite Pink Floyd song “Shine on you crazy diamond” played.
He was my Rock Star for 30 years and will be truly missed by many. He was a talented musician, singer-songwriter, inventor and electrician. He was an extraordinary human being who always said, “Treat others as you wish to be treated.” I will miss him for the rest of my life until such time of my own crossing to be with him on the other side. I fell in love with him the first time I ever saw him. He was as beautiful inside as he was on the outside.
A true space enthusiast he yearned to leave earth and seek life on other planets and galaxies. He always believed there is life beyond our planet and hoped within his lifetime for that discovery. He will now get a chance to fly into deep space and become one with the universe. His passing on Sept. 8th, 2016 is symbolic of the 50th anniversary of Star Trek and I know in his heart and soul he is truly honored to be in the company of Gene Roddenberry on his flight on the Voyager into space. I am sure they will both enjoy the ride.
Shine on you crazy diamond...You are forever young and radiant now, my guardian angel in the heavens.
