Born in Huntington, West Virginia he received several degrees from Shawnee State University and Marshall University including Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management, and Instrumentation Technology. After over 25 years working for CSX, he went on to work for a number of contracting firms until retiring in 2019.
A pioneering spirit who approached life and the world around him with a curious and inquisitive nature, David was a dedicated father and husband; a man who prioritized keeping others safe in both his home and his work. Adored by wife and family, his compassion and wit are dearly missed.
